Important appointment information

Appointments must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, by phone or email, not SMS. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a no-show fee of NOK 1,993. This also applies in cases of illness or unexpected events.

Failure to attend a follow-up/control appointment incurs a fee of NOK 500. If you arrive late, the appointment will not be extended and may be shortened, changed to consultation only, or declined. If the appointment cannot be carried out due to late arrival, it will be charged as a no-show.

If you have booked a treatment but decide not to proceed after assessment or consultation, a consultation fee applies: nurse/therapist NOK 500 per 30 minutes, Dr. Wayne NOK 1,000 per 30 minutes. Charges are based on the actual time spent. Any part of an additional 30-minute period beyond the first 30 minutes will be charged as a full additional 30 minutes.
