Personalized weight loss with medical support – based on current clinical guidelines
To help individuals achieve long-term weight loss through a tailored, doctor-supervised approach. Suitable for those who struggle with appetite control, weight plateaus, PCOS, or insulin resistance. The program may include lifestyle coaching and the optional use of GLP-1 receptor agonists.
The program begins with an in-depth medical consultation and continues with regular follow-ups. Lifestyle guidance focuses on diet, movement, stress, and sleep. If appropriate and in line with approved medical indications, the doctor may prescribe a GLP-1 receptor agonist (examples include semaglutide brands such as Wegovy® or Ozempic®), which is administered via a weekly pen injection and dose-adjusted as needed.
Gradual weight loss is typically observed within the first few weeks. Many patients report reduced appetite, improved blood sugar, and increased energy. Continued weight loss and metabolic improvements occur over 3–6 months or longer, depending on consistency and individual factors.
Minimum 3-month commitment recommended. Follow-ups every 2–4 weeks based on treatment plan and progress.
The start-up fee is 3000 kr, which covers the first consultation, prescription, guidance, and follow-up plan. A follow-up visit for prescription renewal and review costs 1500 kr. If you only need a prescription renewal without consultation, the fee is 500 kr.
Note: GLP-1 medication is not included in the program price.
First visit: 30–45 minutes
Follow-ups: 15–20 minutes
Important
GLP-1 medications are prescription-only and will only be prescribed after individual medical evaluation. Not everyone is eligible.
Eligibility is determined during your initial medical consultation. GLP-1 medications are only prescribed for approved medical indications and after a thorough health assessment. Not everyone will be suitable for medication, but lifestyle support can still be provided.
Many patients notice reduced appetite and gradual weight loss within the first few weeks. The pace of weight loss varies and depends on medication use, diet, activity, and individual metabolism.
No. The program can be tailored to focus solely on lifestyle coaching, or medication may be added if medically appropriate.
GLP-1 medications may cause temporary side effects such as nausea, bloating, or mild digestive discomfort. These often improve over time. Your doctor will explain possible side effects and how to manage them.
Weight regain is possible if healthy habits are not maintained. The program focuses on building sustainable lifestyle changes so you can preserve your results long-term, whether or not you continue medication.
GLP-1 medications should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are planning a pregnancy, please let your doctor know so your treatment plan can be adjusted accordingly.
