Ultrasound in Aesthetic Treatments

At ProDerma clinics in Lillestrøm (near Oslo) and Tromsø, we use ultrasound as a supportive tool to make treatments safer and more precise. Ultrasound helps us visualise filler placement when dissolving, confirm the correct plane of injection in complex cases, or distinguish lipomas from other benign lumps such as sebaceous cysts.

We are among the few aesthetic clinics in Norway equipped with ultrasound. This advanced technology is not standard in most practices, and it allows us to provide our patients with an extra layer of reassurance and medical precision.

Please note: we do not perform diagnostic ultrasound or medical screening. Our use of ultrasound is exclusively for aesthetic treatments, where it adds value by improving safety, precision, and peace of mind.
